Troubleshooting

Why does my nose strip keep lifting?

Most application problems are caused by moisture, skincare, handling or incomplete adhesive contact around the edges.

Skincare underneath

Moisturiser, serum, sunscreen or facial oil may form a barrier under the adhesive.

Fix: Wash and dry the area before using a fresh strip.

Skin is still damp

Moisture from showering, exercise or humidity can weaken adhesion.

Fix: Wait until the nose is cool and completely dry.

The adhesive was touched

Touching the sticky surface may transfer oils from your fingers.

Fix: Hold the strip by the outer ends when removing the backing.

The strip was repositioned

Lifting and replacing the strip several times can weaken the adhesive before use.

Fix: Centre the strip carefully before pressing it fully onto the skin.

Edges were not pressed

The rounded ends need firm pressure because they sit on the curved sides of the nose.

Fix: Press both ends firmly for 10 to 15 seconds.

Applied immediately before sweating

Exercise and warm conditions can introduce moisture before the strip has fully attached.

Fix: Apply the strip to clean, dry skin and press it firmly before beginning exercise.
