Nose Strips
1. Clean & Dry Your Nose 🧼
Wash and dry your nose to remove any oils or sweat — strips stick best on clean skin. We recommend using rubbing alcohol like Isocol for best results.
2. Peel & Place 📍
Peel the backing and apply the strip across the bridge of your nose, right above the nostrils. Press down firmly to secure.

Mouth Tape
🧼 Start with clean, dry skin
Gently wash and dry your lips and surrounding area to ensure the tape sticks properly.
📎 Peel and position
Remove one strip from the pack and place it horizontally across the middle of your lips, pressing gently to secure. It should feel snug but comfortable.
👃 Breathe through your nose
Once applied, focus on breathing naturally through your nose. You’ll feel the difference almost immediately.
😴 Sleep soundly
